Job Responsibilities:
• Experience in preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co-ordination with bank etc.
• Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value in excess of INR 15 crs for corporates/NBFC/Real estate etc
• Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered
• candidate working in finance dept of companies having borrowings of over Rs.300 crores
• Excellent command over excel and power point
