Salary Range: 25000 / -
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in collections (preferably in finance or NBFC sector)
Industry: Financial Services / NBFC / Lending

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the area collections team, ensuring daily operational efficiency.
Develop and execute effective collection strategies to achieve recovery targets.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular coaching, guidance, and support.
Resolve escalated and high-risk cases with tact and urgency.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as company policies.
Maintain accurate reports on collections, recovery trends,



and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to streamline the collection process.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years years of experience in collections, preferably within the finance or NBFC industry.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Robust communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Positive understanding of Indore’s local geography and applicable collection laws.
Ability to handle pressure, manage field staff, and deliver results within deadlines.
