Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure production targets are met.
Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet industry specifications and company quality standards.
Planning:
Develop and manage production plans, including resource allocation and workflow optimization.
Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.
Forecast production needs and manage inventory levels to avoid production delays.
Management:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and production staff.
Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the plant.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize engineering skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line.
Collaborate with the R&D; team to implement recent technologies and improve existing processes.




Stay updated with the latest advancements in gearbox manufacturing and integrate best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Analyze production data and implement strategies to optimize performance.

Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role within the gearbox manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Solid engineering skills with a solid understanding of gearbox manufacturing processes.
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills.
