Polymer In Stock is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, building client relationships, lead conversion, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
• Handle inbound and outbound leads to generate current business opportunities.
Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to identify and generate new business opportunities
• Convert cold leads into warm prospects through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across international markets.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and customer queries to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth lead management and customer communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.




• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.

• Experience in the polymer or plastic raw materials industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

• Comfortable working remotely.
