Position: Relationship Manager – Bancassurance

Location: Gandhinagar (Ahmedabad candidates can also apply)

CTC: ₹3.70 LPA – ₹6.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle lead-based sales through bank partners.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with bank officials and customers.

• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.





• Maintain regular follow-ups and support customers throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Min 1 year to 6 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Broking, Credit Cards, General Insurance (GI), Health Insurance (HI), Life Insurance (LI), or any BFSI Sales.

• Robust communication, relationship management, and sales skills.

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
