You’ll join our Mumbai office as a Social Media Manager focused on digital and performance marketing. You’ll own campaign execution and shape content strategies that support hiring and talent platforms.

What you'll do
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, from planning through optimization.
Design and run performance marketing strategies to meet acquisition and engagement goals, tracking ROI and key metrics.
Create and drive content plans specifically for hiring and talent platforms to attract and engage candidates as well as hiring managers.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare explicit reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase efficiency.

What we're looking for




Proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing with measurable outcomes.
Comfort working with metrics and translating data into actionable decisions.
A proactive, take-charge attitude—you’ll be expected to work independently and move initiatives forward.
Based in Mumbai and able to work from the office full time.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of performance-driven campaigns and talent-focused content, and see the direct impact of your work. Salary range: INR 6–10 lakhs per annum.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
