Role & responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling loan products including Loan Against Property (LAP) and related offerings. The role involves meeting customers at builder or developer sites, pitching loan products, and conducting marketing and sales activities to generate recent business. The incumbent will be expected to achieve monthly sanction and disbursement targets while managing end-to-end pre- and post-loan processes such as client acquisition, renewals, basic financial analysis, coordination of legal, credit, and technical documentation, and portfolio maintenance. The role also includes explaining loan terms, procedures, repayment obligations, penalties, and insurance to customers, resolving queries, and communicating credit decisions, with at least two years of sales experience, preferably in mortgage or real estate, and possesses solid communication and negotiation skills with experience in selling financial products, especially LAP.
