- Responsible for achieving the Budgeted revenue of the Product Establishing strong relationship with shipping line and well as with vendors

Key Responsibilities:

- To be updated on the on the shipping line services /routings and changes in the services Negotiating competitive rates with liners
- Understand customer requirements and offering suitable end to end solutions to customers Identifying new vendors and negotiating competitive rates Quoting rates to internal as well as external customers
- Participating in online RFQ's Following for the feedback with sales as well as with customer Setting up SOP for current customer Joint call with sales to develop the product.
- Train and coordinate with team for FMC filing as per timelines for USA shipments.
- Train and coordinate with team for AMS ISF Filing on timely manner to avoid any rollover and penalties
- Train and coordinate with team for ICS2 Filing on timely manner to avoid any rollover and penalties
- Train and coordinate with team for error free booking and Shipping instructions submission Monitor and ensure the MBL is released on time without any delays /penalties




- Ensure the HBL is released to customer on timely manner as per the SOP Make sure billing is completed on time as per the company policy Ensure the team is dispatching the invoices as per SOP
- Review the revenue/profitability and organize for shipment closing on timely manner
- Timely closure of cost accrual submission of vendor invoices to account Sending daily revenue report to management

Requirement: Air Export Procurement Handling key accounts Participating in online platform Quotes Candidate should closely work with Customers for negotiation and conversion of biz. Should have good rapport with airlines on procurement. Should be in position to coordinate between customer and operations team for smooth execution of shipments Should try to win new lanes apart from existing lanes
