The ideal candidate should ensure customer satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the restaurant's service standards. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive. N Present menus and explain daily specials, if applicable. N Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. N Serve food and drinks in a timely manner. N Check in with guests toensure satisfaction with each course. N Address customer questions or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.



N Clear and reset tables for the next guests. N Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system. N Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. N Follow all health and safety regulations. N Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. NnQualifications: Nn Diploma in Hospitality Industry N Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. N Excellent communicationand customer service skills.
