Job Specification: Executive – Auditing, Taxation & Corporate Compliance

About the Role

We are seeking For Experienced (CA inter, CA Final CS inter CS final , M. Com) candidate to join our team as an Executive – Auditing, Taxation & Corporate Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Assurance

✅ Conduct Statutory & Tax Audits for listed and private limited companies.

✅ Assist in financial reporting & finalization for mid-sized companies (Rs.100 Cr+ turnover).

✅ Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting & Auditing Standards (CARO, Ind AS, AS).

Taxation & Litigation

✅ Prepare & file Income Tax Returns (ITRs 1 to 7), Form 15CA, 15CB, and other tax filings.

✅ Handle Income Tax Scrutiny, Appeals, and Departmental Representation.

✅ Oversee GST Registration, Periodic Filings, Annual Returns, and GST Scrutiny Responses.

Corporate & ROC Compliance

✅ Manage company incorporation, corporate restructuring, revival, strike-off, buybacks, and winding-up.

✅ File ROC forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, DPT-3, CHG-1, DIR-12, etc.) and handle regulatory compliance.

✅ Draft Board Resolutions, Minutes, and Corporate Filings.

Insolvency & Liquidation

✅ Assist in Insolvency Resolution Process (IRP), Liquidation & NCLT documentation.

✅ Prepare petitions and legal filings for corporate restructuring & dispute resolution.

Process Optimization & Business Strategy

✅ Develop SOPs, internal controls, and financial methodologies to improve efficiency.

✅ Support business valuation, project finance, and management consultancy assignments.

Who Can Apply?

(CA inter, CA Final CS inter CS final , B.com, M. Com) candidate with 5-10 years of experience in a CA Firm, CS Firm, or Corporate & Tax Consultancy Firm, with expertise in:

✅ Financial Reporting & Audits – Independently handled Statutory audits,



Internal Audit Etc.

✅ Taxation – Hands-on experience in ITR filing, tax computations, and tax litigation.

✅ TDS – Filing., TDS

✅ Corporate Compliance – Expertise in ROC filings, regulatory compliance, and drafting responses.

✅ GST Handling – Strong understanding of GST registration, compliance, and departmental queries.

✅ Income Tax Reply – income tax Scrutiny Appeal work.

Working Model & Employment Type

✨ Full time, Permanent (Onsite & Hybrid at Management’s discretion)

Location: Kolkata ( Bentick Street)

Required Educational Background

- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified or Qualified CA
- Semi-Qualified or Qualified CS / CMA
- MBA (Finance)

MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis (Advanced Excel, Macros, Power Point)

Companies Act, 2013 & CGST Act

Tally Prime (Advanced), KDK (for ITR filing)

Big Data Handling (VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analytics)
