About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries from USA customers via WhatsApp regarding orders, delivery status, and complaints.
2. Send proactive order updates to customers.
3. Coordinate returns and refunds with the operations team.
4. Collect customer feedback.
5. Prepare and submit daily customer support reports.
