Financial Reporting and Analysis

- Oversee and co-ordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books for Company. Consolidate MIS of BUs
- Preparation of the financial reports of the Company ensuring accuracy and completeness of the financials.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts and highlight variances with actionable insights
- Track key financial KPIs and provide performance dashboards.
- Find, co-ordinate, and secure the right set of data for all management reports and compile the same in a adaptable and user-friendly manner to facilitate analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting

- Support in leading the budgeting and forecasting process, price settings, and other financial information.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and update projections based on business developments.

Internal Controls and Compliance





- Monitor and identify internal control areas for the BU and maintain safeguards.
- Maintain ad-hoc credit applications and check all delinquent receivables.

Audit

- Act as the primary point of contact for statutory and external auditors.
- Coordinate audit schedules, provide required information, and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support and Coordination

Be an active support to the BU Finance Head and senior management in HO and ensure sound co-ordination with plant controllers, zones, CPC, auditors, and corporate finance team.
