We're Hiring | Manager / Assistant Manager Insurance Underwriting (For Mumbai Location work from office - Dadar (E) / Wadala (W))

Probitas Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Liability Underwriting professional to strengthen our Insurance Operations team and drive underwriting excellence in the Corporate General Insurance space.

Primary Area of Expertise (Mandatory)

Liability Insurance (Mandatory)

Additional Exposure Preferred

Property Insurance
Engineering Insurance
Marine Insurance
Miscellaneous Insurance

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Liability Insurance underwriting.
- Exposure to Property, Engineering, Marine and/or Miscellaneous Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Experience in General Insurance underwriting is mandatory.
- Experience in the Insurance Broking industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience in team grooming, mentoring and driving performance.
- Ability to define and monitor KRAs and KPIs.
- Growth-oriented mindset with robust analytical and decision-making skills.
- Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates with a stable career history (no unexplained gaps in employment).
