Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012 and SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020.
- Manage regulatory filings and maintain the compliance calendar.
- Support preparation and review of PPM, Disclosure Documents, Contribution Agreements, and Investment Management Agreements.
- Handle SEBI audits, inspections, and internal audits.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Monitor AML/KYC/CFT compliance for HNI and institutional investors.
- Track regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- Conduct compliance training on insider trading, AML, and code of conduct.

Key Skills:

- Solid knowledge of SEBI (AIF & PMS) Regulations.
- Excellent analytical, regulatory interpretation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Qualification: LLB with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: CS/MBA (Finance), NISM Certification, exposure to IFSCA (GIFT City) regulations.
