Roles & Responsibilities
- Use Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to find niche talent.
- Build and maintain active candidate pools for current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate technical skills, and pitch the company culture.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine targeting criteria and share market insights
Required Candidate Profile
- 6 Months to 2 years in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or corporate sourcing.
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday or Greenhouse, and talent databases.
- Advanced search techniques, robust communication, and data tracking for recruitment metrics
