This is a combination role that will suit those who are passionate and can apply their creative talent and innovative mindset to effectively manage and deliver strong sales and operational results.

The ideal candidate should have a complete understanding of travel sales (Holiday Package sales) and business development andhave previously managed overseas agents and FTOs. (Mandatory)

About the role:

1. As a destination Expert, you will be responsible for creating holiday booking quotes, costing, sales, etc.
2. Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
3. Maintaining good relations with Agents.
4. Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.

Promotingour vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound).

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must be from the travel industry only.
- A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory)
- Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.
- An eye for detail and a customer experience-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation, contracting, and Interpersonal skills.
- Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills.
- A creative flair and close attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.
- Can work in the Australian Shift (4:30 am to 1:00 pm).Mandatory
