We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Female Football Coach to train and mentor students in football. The coach will be responsible for developing players' technical skills, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship while ensuring a secure and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct football coaching sessions for students of different age groups.
Plan and implement structured training programs.
Teach football techniques, tactics, rules, and game strategies.
Organize practice sessions, intra-school matches, and tournaments.
Prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and national-level competitions.
Monitor students' performance and provide regular feedback.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during training.
Maintain sports equipment and football ground.
Encourage discipline, teamwork, leadership, and fair play.
Coordinate with school management regarding sports events and activities.
Maintain attendance and performance records of students.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) preferred.
Football coaching certification (AIFF/FIFA or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum 03 years of experience as a Football Coach in a school or sports academy.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of football rules and coaching techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor students.
Good organizational and leadership skills.
Basic first-aid knowledge is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Female candidate with experience in coaching school students.
Passionate about sports and student development.
Willingness to travel with school teams for tournaments when required
