We are hiring experienced AR Callers Physician Billing for our US Healthcare process.

Job Locations

Shift

- Night Shift (US Shift)

Transportation

- 2-way cab facility available (25km radius)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding physician claims.
- Analyze claim denials and underpayments to identify root causes.
- Work on AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and Insurance Follow-up.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- Ensure timely reimbursement while meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Update claim status and document call outcomes accurately.

Required Skills

- 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling Physician Billing.
- Positive knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in Denial Management, Insurance Follow-up, Appeals, and AR Follow-up.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOB, and ERA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work from the office in the night shift.

Qualification

- Any Graduate.

Preferred

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days.
