About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Specialist GES S2P Invoice to Pay to join our Global Business Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor management, payment execution, and supporting the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process. Key Responsibilities

- Review invoices for completeness and accuracy, including account assignment and VAT compliance.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders in SAP.
- Process and post invoices in SAP.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve vendor issues and blocked invoices (MRBR, VFX3).
- Support quarterly intercompany matching activities in SAP SEM.
- Initiate and organize vendor payments.
- Drive first-time-right invoice processing and support continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
- 58 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay processes.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
