Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for servicing and repairing of Trucks in 4 separate Workshops.
- Responsible for Bulk Transportation. Company has 3 Axle Tipping Trailers for Bulk Cargo and Bagged Cargo movement. Also responsible for Flat Bedded Trailers for Container movement. Each having capacity of 30 Tons.
- Responsible to drive workshop efficiency, minimize vehicle downtime, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Responsible to keep tracking the financial efficiency of the workshop
- To develop and implement maintenance schedules, perform inspections, and ensure all repairs are completed to high-quality standards
- Responsible to maintain accurate record of all maintenance and repair activities and generate performance report for management
- To ensure all maintenance activities comply with local transport regulations, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety laws.
- Schedule daily activities, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient use of work- shop resources and equipment.
- Develop and manage the workshop budget,



control cost and handle financial administration.
- Manage spare parts inventory and co-ordinate with Purchase department to ensure necessary components are available.
- Implement and enforce all safety policies and procedures to create a protected working environment.
- Stay up to date on industry regulation and ensure the fleet and workshop operation.
- Responsible to recruit, train, and mentor workshop supervisors, technicians, and support staff

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology,
- 15+ years of progressive management experience in heavy-duty commercial fleet maintenance or logistics workshop operations.
- Deep knowledge of diesel engine repair, hydraulics, trailer systems, and modern fleet diagnostic software
