Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and other financial reports.
- Generate, analyze, and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and business performance reports for senior management.
- Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger scrutiny, and Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Monitor and reconcile branch expenses and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders for finance-related matters.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement financial controls for operational efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting, Finalization of Accounts, and MIS Reporting.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance. Experience in manufacturing related industries is essential.
