Job Description: Oracle HCM Consultant (ORC Oracle Recruiting Cloud)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to support implementation, enhancement, and production support of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules based on business requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:
- Job requisition creation
- Candidate management
- Interview scheduling
- Offer management
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct system configuration including:




- Career site setup
- Requisition templates
- Approval workflows
- Integrate ORC with other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management)
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production rollouts
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing L2/L3 support
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and training materials

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR preferred)

Knowledge of:

- Recruitment workflows & hiring lifecycle
- Approval configuration
- Job requisitions and candidate pipelines
- Experience in integrations (HCM Extracts / HDL / Fast Formulas preferred)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI / BI Reports)

Preferred Skills

Experience with:

- Career site branding (ORC career portal)
- Offer letters and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of other HCM modules:
- Talent Management
- Learning / Compensation (optional)
- Exposure to Agile / ITIL processes
