•Support Plant Security head to manage, handle and supervise entire security operations at the site to ensure the safety and security of all Manpower & Materials.

•Help in development & execution of strategies to identify, assess, prevent, protect, and mitigate all risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to safeguard people, assets, products, and property.

•Support to implement security policies, protocols and procedures including introduction of recent security technologies

•Ensure effective traffic management control (inbound and outbound) at the Plant

•Ensure proper documentation and compliance of Security Operations as per statutory/government/internal guidelines and regulations

•Support in coordination and liaisoning with public law enforcement,



fire and other agencies for smooth security operations and activities at the site

•Support for Identifying, investigating, or resolving security breaches, and preparation of reports and presentations for management review.

•Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform regular property patrols

•Supervise security agency manpower and Home Guards including their training to ensure their effective utilisation and continuous development.

•Develop intelligence network across peripheral villages / local community members to get prior information on security threats and challenges

•Support in preparation, control and monitoring of Plant Security budget
