The FG Stock Out Data Entry Executive is responsible for recording all finished goods outward entries in ERP/Excel, maintaining accurate dispatch data, and supporting store & dispatch operations. The role ensures proper documentation and real-time stock updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter FG stock outward data (dispatch, sales, transfers) into ERP/Excel system
- Update daily stock movement records accurately
- Maintain invoice, challan, and dispatch documentation
- Verify dispatch quantities with physical stock before entry
- Coordinate with production, sales, and dispatch teams
- Generate daily/weekly stock reports
- Maintain proper filing of FG documents for audit purpose
- Ensure zero data errors and timely entries
- Assist in stock audits and reconciliation





Data entry roles mainly focus on accurate recording, verification, and updating of data in systems, ensuring proper documentation and error-free records

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Intermediate (10+2)
- Any Degree (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of computers & MS Excel

Skills Required

- Basic ERP / Excel knowledge
- Good typing speed & accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of inventory/store operations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle data systematically

Working Conditions

- Work from Factory / Store Office
- May involve coordination with dispatch & warehouse teams
- Day shift (depending on company policy)
