Job Description / Responsibilities:

- Conceive and implement efficient marketing strategies to strengthen the company image and expand business in bicycles & bicycle parts.
- Define yearly sales targets and design strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, brands, and their requirements, dedicating efforts to generate recent business.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Organize and prepare for exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to showcase the brand and product line.
- Enhance brand visibility through social media and digital marketing tools.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer queries related to new developments, ongoing orders, pricing, quality issues, testing, and dispatch.
- Follow up with customers for payments and new orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including queries and complaints.
- Manage lot forwarding and dispatch processes through Oracle.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities.
