Telecaller (Pharmaceutical Company)

- Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Promote Genip Pharma products and explain their key benefits.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Send product information, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product details.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Submit daily call reports and achieve assigned targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a pharmaceutical company (Telecalling/Inside Sales/Sales Coordination preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a skilled attitude.

Pay: From ₹8,911.73 per month
