Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant, production, operations, maintenance, warehouse, and office staff.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Employee Relations

- Maintain healthy employee relations across plant and office operations.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate with department heads for resolutions.
- Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts/payroll teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company procedures.

Compliance & Administration

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
- Maintain PF, ESI, employee files, and statutory records.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Training & Development

- Coordinate induction and training programs for workers and staff.




- Support skill development and safety awareness initiatives.

Plant HR Coordination

- Work closely with production and plant management teams for workforce planning.
- Manage contract labor coordination and vendor manpower support.
- Ensure discipline and smooth HR operations at the manufacturing facility.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust understanding of HR operations and labor compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing or plant HR preferred.
- Ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, cement, steel, or AAC Blocks industry preferred.
