Job Requirements

1. Scope of the role

- Procurement of Clock & Watch Components

- Techno-commercial to work on element wise cost to support price finalizing

- Responsible for delivery of New & Regular Components for Watch Case Mfg

- Ensure all the commercial transactions are in line with IFC / SOP.

- Co-ordinate to ensure smooth execution of development

- Maintaining master data pertaining to Components / Vendor

2. Job Profile

- Placing order based on indent & budget approval.

- Support finalizing Price – component wise cost

- Interacting & coordinating with stake holders across the division for timely deposition of products.

- Adherence to Compliance – Statutory

- Continuous improvements on Processes

3. Key Deliverables

- Ensure Regular & NP delivery alignment w.r.t. the target

- Commercial documents preparation – VAF, NDA, PO, Payment Approvals

- Cost sheet preparation to support Price Finalizing.

- Alternate Sourcing and Dual Sourcing





- Creation of master data pertaining to Components and Vendor

- Vendor Performance Evaluation & Review

- Vendor Quality Monitoring & Review

- Co-ordinating for Rejections & replacements

- Compliance to Procurement & Commercial requirement

- Adherence to the Department and Individual KRA,s

Work Experience

- Graduate in Mechanical Engg with1 to 2 Yrs of Procurement functional experience

Or

- Diploma in Mechanical Engg with 4 years of Procurement functional Experience

- Good understanding on Procurement Process

- Process Oriented,

- Exposure to – SAP & Commercial documentation

- Good team player with Valuable interpersonal / communication skill

- Flair for numbers & result orientation

- Knowledge in MS office – Excel, Word & Power point
