We are looking for an exceptionally creative and marketing-oriented Graphic Designer / Senior

Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories while strengthening

our brand identity across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent design aesthetics, strategic thinking, marketing

understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex sustainability

concepts through engaging visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

 Lead the creative development of the organisation's visual identity.

 Ensure consistency of branding across all communication channels.

 Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, events, publications, and

corporate communication.

 Establish and maintain brand guidelines.

Marketing & Corporate Communication

Design high-quality creative assets including:

 Corporate brochures

 Company profiles

 Annual reports

 Sustainability reports

 ESG communication material

 Client presentations

 Proposals

 Case studies

 White papers

 Infographics

 Technical reports

 Newsletters

 Exhibition panels

 Event branding

 Digital advertisements

Digital Marketing & Social Media

 Design engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and other

platforms.

 Create campaign creatives that improve engagement and lead generation.

 Design landing page graphics,



website banners and digital advertisements.

 Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives through visual content.

Motion Graphics & Video Production (Added Advantage)

 Create motion graphics, explainer videos and animated presentations.

 Edit corporate films, interviews, podcasts, webinars and promotional videos.

 Produce short-form videos and reels for social media.

Sustainability Communication

Develop visually compelling communication related to:

 Sustainable Development

 Green Buildings

 Energy Efficiency

 ESG

 Climate Change

 Carbon Management

 Net Zero

 Renewable Energy

 Circular Economy

 Smart Cities

The ability to convert technical information into simple, attractive and impactful graphics will be

highly valued.

Creative Leadership

 Mentor junior designers and interns.

 Coordinate with external creative agencies, printers and production vendors.

 Maintain creative quality standards across all projects.

 Manage multiple assignments while adhering to strict timelines.

Qualifications

 Postgraduate Degree/Master's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,

Communication Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Animation or related discipline.

 Relevant certifications in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Motion Graphics or Digital Marketing

will be an added advantage.

Experience

 Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Communication

or Creative Marketing.

 Experience in B2B marketing, consulting, engineering, architecture, sustainability or

infrastructure sectors will be preferred.
