About the Role

We are looking for a smart, commercially aware and highly organised professional to manage our premium fashion marketplaces, website enquiries and exhibition-related business opportunities.

This is not a digital marketing, social media, advertising or promotional role.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop tie-ups with premium fashion platforms such as Ensemble, Aashni + Co, Ogaan and other suitable Indian and international portals
- Manage coordination and workflows with existing platforms, including Aza Fashions and Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop
- Track every marketplace order from confirmation and production follow-up to final dispatch
- Coordinate with design, production, QC and dispatch teams and provide timely order-status updates to platform partners
- Follow up professionally on website enquiries, abandoned carts and incomplete checkouts through calls, WhatsApp and email
- Assist customers with sizing, customisation, delivery, payment and international-shipping queries to convert enquiries into confirmed orders




- Identify commercially suitable B2B and B2C fashion exhibitions and coordinate applications, participation and post-exhibition lead follow-up
- Maintain proper records of platform discussions, customer enquiries, pending orders, follow-ups and conversions

Candidate Requirements

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in fashion marketplace operations, online sales, client servicing or business partnerships
- Experience in designer fashion, luxury retail or women’s ethnic and occasion wear will be strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with premium fashion platforms such as Aza, Pernia’s, Ensemble, Ogaan or similar portals
- Excellent spoken and written English with polished communication skills
- Solid follow-up, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of Shopify, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and Excel/Google Sheets
