Hiring: Fashion Consultant & Team Leader – Fashion Retail

We are looking for experienced Fashion Consultants and Team Leaders to join our fashion retail team.

Role Details:

- Experience: 5–7 years
- Industry: Designer / Multi-designer / Couture / Prêt (Men’s & Women’s)

Note: Only candidates with experience in designer brands will be considered

- Salary: Up to ₹60,000 + Incentives
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day
- Week Off: Between Monday–Friday
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or within 10–15 days preferred
- Location: Juhu, Santacruz, Kalaghoda and flora fountain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and supervise store team
- Maintain weekly staff roster
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer issues effectively
- Ensure smooth store operations & excellent customer experience
