Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales by acquiring new customers and managing existing client relationships. The role involves meeting industrial customers, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and manufacturers to promote the company's products and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to industrial clients, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and manufacturing units.
- Generate enquiries, present products, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.




- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Submit daily visit reports and update customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Required Skills

- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and generate recent business.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
