This is a full-time backend legal role designed for professionals who possess strong corporate legal knowledge and are committed to delivering high-quality legal work within a technology-driven legal ecosystem.

The selected candidates will work under the Black Bull AI Project, developed by Black Bull Law House, backed by Black Bull Chamber of Investment, in association with Black Bull Holdings and Management and RJ Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities

The selected lawyers will be responsible for:

- Drafting, reviewing, restructuring, and vetting corporate legal documents.
- Preparing commercial contracts, agreements, deeds, notices, legal opinions, and business documentation.
- Supporting AI-assisted legal workflows by reviewing, validating, and improving legal outputs.
- Conducting legal research on corporate laws, commercial transactions, and regulatory matters.
- Reviewing client documents for legal compliance, contractual risks, and enforceability.




- Assisting in legal due diligence, corporate structuring, and compliance assignments.
- Working with internal legal teams to maintain documentation standards and quality control.
- Maintaining confidentiality and protecting client information at all times.
- Meeting professional timelines while ensuring legal accuracy and consistency.
- Performing additional backend corporate legal responsibilities assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess:

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law.
- Practical knowledge of drafting and developing legal agreements.
