Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team. You'll be directly managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for US-based clients — building out ad accounts, analyzing performance, and optimizing for results. This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership and room to grow.

What You'll Do

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across multiple client accounts
- Write and test ad copy and creative briefs in coordination with the creative team
- Monitor daily performance metrics — ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM — and make data-driven optimizations
- Build and refine audience targeting strategies (custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based)
- Prepare weekly performance reports and present insights clearly to internal stakeholders
- Manage ad account budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
- Stay current with Meta's ad policies, algorithm updates, and best practices

What We're Looking For





- 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience — you've managed real budgets and can speak to results
- Exceptional English communication skills — written and spoken; you'll be working directly with US clients and the internal team in English every day
- Willing and able to work US hours (EST/PST) — this is non-negotiable; our clients and team operate on American time
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal hand-holding
- Strong analytical mindset — you read data and act on it, not gut feel
- Experience with GHL (GoHighLevel), Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager preferred
- Bonus: experience running lead gen campaigns for real estate, finance, or health verticals
