Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and a positive understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Prepare and maintain payment bills, supporting documents, and vouchers
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ensure proper ledger management
- Verify financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure timely updating of all accounting entries in the system
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations




- OTP must be shared in accordance with department requirements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar)
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
