- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in Shimla and nearby towns and villages to build referral partnerships with general physicians, gynecologists, surgeons, and other specialists
- Plan and execute CME (Continuing Medical Education) events and doctor engagement programs
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and oncology-adjacent practitioners in the district
- Coordinate with local NGOs, community health workers, and Asha workers to drive cancer screening awareness
- Support patient navigation — helping referred patients understand available services and financial assistance (PMJAY / Ayushman Bharat)
- Manage outdoor visibility: hoardings, banners, local print, and community events
- Track referral activity, visit logs,
and monthly targets; report to the Centre Head
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of field marketing or medical representative experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic, or pharma setting
- Strong local network in Shimla /HP preferred
- Fluent in Hindi; positive interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the district and nearby areas
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or healthcare background a plus
