About the Role

Mediaclock is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Hardcore HR Recruiter who can take complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and closing positions
- Experience of 4-10 years in Recruitment only for various roles
- Handle hiring requirements across multiple departments simultaneously
- Ensure quality CV shortlisting aligned with job requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to defined TAT (Turnaround Time) for closures
- Conduct initial HR rounds and candidate evaluations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for requirement clarity and feedback
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process




- Track and report recruitment metrics and progress

Requirements

- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in recruitments across digital marketing,business developement, Australian accounting professionals, Pharma and other profiles
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong ability to close positions within deadlines
- Experience handling multiple roles across departments
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong screening and candidate assessment skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
