Your work profile

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director – AI Data Center MEP Design Manager to lead the design and engineering of next-generation AI-focused Tier IV data centers. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end mechanical and electrical (M&E;) design strategy, ensuring resilience, scalability, and energy efficiency in high-density AI environments.

Experience:

- Minimum 8 years in data center design, with recent hands-on involvement
- Proven experience designing Tier IV data centers (mandatory)
- Solid expertise in:
- Mechanical systems (cooling, HVAC for high-density environments)
- Electrical systems (power distribution, backup systems)
- Experience with AI/HPC workloads and high-density data centers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Professional certifications preferred:
- Uptime Institute (ATD/ATS)
