Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and expand our Core Banking Software solutions across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Banking Software/Product Sales and possess excellent communication, relationship management, and business development skills.

The role requires extensive field travel to meet co-operative banks, urban co-operative banks, credit societies, and other financial institutions to generate current business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit co-operative banks, urban co-operative banks, and credit societies regularly within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for Core Banking Software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.




- Coordinate with senior sales and technical teams to schedule and conduct software demonstrations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and business documents.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field visit reports and sales updates.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
- Share valuable market intelligence with the Sales and Product teams to support business strategies.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–6 years of relevant experience in Banking Software/Product Sales (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Core Banking Software or Banking Technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-driven with a strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
