Key Responsibilities

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Oversee the eCommerce budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to meet financial and operational goals.
- User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI teams to create a seamless and engaging customer journey on the eCommerce platform.
- Marketing Collaboration:

Requirements

Key Requirements

- Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento), analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and digital marketing.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
