Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AR Denial Management Executive to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, resolving, and appealing denied insurance claims to maximize reimbursements and reduce accounts receivable (AR) aging.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze denied, rejected, and underpaid insurance claims.
- Identify denial root causes and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform timely follow-up with insurance payers through calls and payer portals.
- Submit corrected claims, appeals, and reconsiderations to ensure reimbursement.
- Work on AR aging reports and prioritize high-value claims.
- Resolve claim issues related to authorization, eligibility, coding, timely filing, COB, and medical necessity.
- Document all follow-up activities accurately in the billing system.
- Coordinate with Coding,



Charge Entry, Payment Posting, and other RCM teams for claim resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and payer policies.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Hands-on experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Positive understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOBs, and ERA.
- Experience working with commercial and government insurance payers.
- Familiarity with EMR/RCM tools such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate.
- 2–6 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Follow-up / Denial Management.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
