Job Summary

The center manager is responsible for the overall performance and operations of the gym. This includes achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional member satisfaction, managing staff performance, maintaining operational standards, and driving revenue growth through memberships and personal training.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.
- Drive Personal Training (PT) sales and secondary revenue.
- Monitor daily sales performance and conversion ratios.

Operations

- Ensure smooth day-to-day gym operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment functionality.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Resolve member complaints promptly and professionally.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and manage the gym team.
- Conduct daily briefings and weekly performance reviews.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, and staff discipline.
- Coach employees to improve sales and service performance.

Member Experience

- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Build strong relationships with members.
- Improve member retention and reduce cancellations.
- Ensure high-quality onboarding and fitness consultations.

Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and branch KPIs.




- Maintain accurate records of memberships, PT sales, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding operations and reporting.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry management.
- Experience in leading sales teams is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
