We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media & Creative Marketing Manager to manage our social media presence and create high-quality visual content for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have robust graphic-design skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and experience developing content that improves brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring the candidate to plan content, design social media posts, write captions, coordinate campaigns, and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities

Create attractive images, graphics, banners, carousels, posters, and other content for social media.

Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Develop monthly social media content calendars.

Create content for festivals, product promotions, company announcements, events,



and marketing campaigns.

Write clear and engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and promotional content.

Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.

Edit basic videos, reels, stories, and short-form promotional content.

Research current social media trends, competitor activities, and content ideas.

Schedule and publish content according to the approved calendar.

Monitor comments, messages, engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Coordinate with management, sales, photographers, videographers, and other team members.

Manage multiple creative projects and meet publishing deadlines.

Support paid advertising campaigns when required.
