The role
You'll be the face of brand to doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Your job is to identify the right specialists, pitch the value of partnering with us, and close empanelment agreements that grow our network while upholding our standards for quality and trust. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role for a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and closing deals.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach specialist doctors, clinics, and hospitals across our departments.
- Pitch the partnership clearly and confidently — in person, on calls, and over messages.
- Negotiate terms and close empanelment agreements.
- Build lasting, trust-based relationships with medical partners.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet monthly onboarding targets.
- Represent the brand professionally at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new partners smoothly.

Requirements

- 2–5 years in healthcare, pharma, medical device,



diagnostics, hospital, or B2B sales/partnerships (healthcare background preferred).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills — able to earn the confidence of senior doctors.
- A proven ability to close.
- Professional, presentable, and self-driven.
- Fluent in English and Telugu; Hindi a plus.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel across the city.
- Bachelor's degree (life sciences, healthcare management, or business a plus).
