Job Overview:-

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Student/Admission Counsellor who can guide students about Merchant Navy courses, assist them during the admission process, and help them make the right career choice. The role involves counselling, explaining course details, handling enquiries, and coordinating admissions smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Attend and guide students/parents who walk in or enquire about Merchant Navy courses.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, career pathways, and placement opportunities.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and counselling sessions professionally.
- Maintain a student database and follow up with interested candidates regularly.
- Assist with application forms, documentation, and admission procedures.




- Coordinate with academic & admin teams for timely updates on admissions.
- Participate in seminars, counselling sessions, and promotional events (if required).
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets set by the management.

Required Skills:-

- Valuable communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Confident, presentable, and student-friendly approach.
- Ability to explain career options clearly and convincingly.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry).
- Strong follow-up skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
