About the Role

We are a multi-brand business based in Electronic City, Bengaluru, operating across:

- Ethnic Fashion
- Small Events (Birthdays & Themed Parties)
- Large-Scale Event Management (Weddings & Corporate Events)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to handle content creation and social media presence across all three brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms for all three brands
- Design graphics, reels, stories, and promotional creatives tailored to each brand identity
- Capture basic product photos and short-form videos for social media content when required
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Maintain a consistent content calendar for launches, events, campaigns, and offers
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly
- Collaborate both remotely and in person to ensure content aligns with the brand vision and marketing goals

- Have a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
- Understand Indian fashion, celebrations, weddings, and event culture




- Can confidently manage multiple brand voices without overlap
- Are proactive, creative, and self-driven
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and content trends
- Can work independently once the creative direction is established

Compensation

₹15,000/month during the initial evaluation period of 1 month. Compensation can increase up to ₹30,000/month from 2nd month, based on performance, creativity, consistency, and the ability to independently manage all accounts.

Requirements

- Portfolio or examples of social media accounts managed (mandatory)
- Solid graphic design and video editing skills
- Good communication skills and reliability

Experience

We care more about creativity, execution, consistency, and content quality than the number of years you have worked. If you can create engaging content, understand aesthetics, and manage brands confidently, we would love to hear from you.
