Job Summary

PRM Roadways Private Limited is looking for a Transport Supervisor / Fleet Supervisor / Transport Coordinator to manage day-to-day fleet operations and ensure smooth employee transportation. The candidate will be responsible for driver coordination, vehicle tracking, attendance management, fuel planning, gate operations, and vehicle maintenance to ensure protected and timely transport services.

Key Responsibilities

- Track drivers and ensure timely employee pickup and drop operations.
- Monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems.
- Maintain vehicle In-Time and Out-Time gate entry records.
- Record daily vehicle kilometer (KM) readings before and after trips.
- Plan fuel requirements and coordinate fuel filling for vehicles.
- Maintain employee attendance and driver attendance records.
- Update daily KM entry and fuel consumption records.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance,



preventive servicing, and breakdown repairs.
- Ensure vehicles are roadworthy before dispatch.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and operational issues.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and daily fleet performance.
- Maintain trip sheets, logbooks, and transport documentation.
- Ensure RC, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Permit, and Pollution Certificate are valid and up to date.
- Follow company safety policies and transport regulations.
- Coordinate with the Operations, HR, and Maintenance teams for smooth transport operations.
