Experience
- 4+ years of experience in quality departmrnt of Manufacturing Unit for PVC & CPVC Pipes & Fittings
- Candidate should have knowledge of identifying defects and flaws of process and should also have knowledge of Root Cause Analysis of defects.
Requirements and skills - Knowledge of Production Planning & Quality of PVC & CPVC Pipes & Fittings On-line Inspection as well as Sample Testing of PVC & CPVC Pipes & Fittings
Candidate would be preferable if having experience of Quality Work at Job Order site of vendor Good verbal and written communication skills Computer SkillMS-Office , Internet & Outlook Preference Preference will be given to candidates based in Rajkot
●Production Planning and Scheduling the production to maintain minimum stock level as well as considering order priorities.
●Monitoring and Controlling the Recipe of Compounding as per agreed upon by company with vendor.
●Checking Quality & Quantity of Packing Material at the time of Incoming Material receiving.
●Online qualilty control of the products scheduled in production and to approve the produced lot as per acceptance criteria confirming to BIS, ASTM or any other relevant standard followed for that product.
●Maintaining stock of Packing Material & Finished Goods as per pre-defined levels.
●Superving the loading of Finished Goods during dispatch to ensure that correct qty. & right quality is loaded
.●Maintaining Daily Information System (Daily Reporting) of Quality & Production to reporting authority AND maintaining cumulative reports to prepare MIS (Monthly Information Report). Core Responsibilities
●Quality standards and procedures: Devise and establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications that align with company and industry requirements.
● Inspections and testing: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
●Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management and other stakeholders.
●Problem-solving: Investigate the root cause of defects and customer complaints, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
●Compliance: Ensure that company adheres to all relevant national, international, and regulatory standards, such as those from industry bodies or agencies like the BIS, FDA etc.
●Supplier management: Work with purchasing staff to ensure external suppliers meet required quality specifications.
●Process improvement: Oversee and drive initiatives for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and increased efficiency in production and other processes.
●Training and development: Train staff on quality procedures, standards, and methodologies to foster a quality-focused culture.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
