Job Summary

We are hiring Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professionals for multiple roles across Front-End, Mid-Cycle, and Back-End RCM functions, including leadership positions. Candidates should have strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle processes and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End RCM: Patient registration and accurate demographic data entry Insurance verification and eligibility checks Prior authorization and pre-certification processing Identifying coverage issues to reduce claim denials

Mid-Cycle RCM:

Medical coding (IP/OP) using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS Coding audits and compliance reviews Charge entry and charge capture analysis Ensuring accurate and timely charge posting

Back-End RCM:

Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up with insurance payers Denial analysis, management, and appeals submission Insurance and patient payment posting (EOB/ERA) Credit balance review and refund processing AR aging analysis and revenue trend reporting





Leadership Roles (Team Lead / Manager):

Manage daily RCM operations and team performance Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics Coach, mentor, and train RCM staff Drive process improvements and revenue optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Solid knowledge of end-to-end US Healthcare RCM Experience with payer portals, insurance plans, and billing workflows Familiarity with EHR/Practice Management systems Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

Coding certifications such as CPC, CCS, CIC (for coding roles) Prior experience in AR follow-up, denial management, or coding audits

Experience Requirements

RCM Executives: 1–3 years

Senior Specialists / Analysts: 3–5 years

Team Leads / Managers: 2–3+ years
