About AVAIA

AVAIA is a premium womenswear pret fashion brand that blends contemporary Western silhouettes with intricate Indian craftsmanship. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Fashion Assistant to join us at the beginning of our journey and grow alongside the brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup workplace and wants hands-on exposure to every aspect of building a fashion label.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Founder with the day-to-day operations of the brand.
- Work closely on product development, fittings, sampling, and production coordination.
- Coordinate with tailors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assist with fabric sourcing, trims, quality checks, and inventory management.
- Support photoshoots, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Manage and assist with AVAIA's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Respond to customer enquiries and social media messages professionally and promptly.
- Assist with order management and customer service.
- Help organise launches, collections, and other brand activities.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks as required in a growing fashion startup.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
- Previous experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
- Experience managing or assisting with social media for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, and production processes.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a startup setting where responsibilities are varied and hands-on.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.

- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with AVAIA. You'll work directly alongside the Founder, gaining invaluable exposure to the process of building a premium fashion brand from the ground up. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and excited about being part of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

Contract Duration: 1 year (with the intention of building a long-term working relationship based on performance)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
